Welcome to gamekeysdeal.com (“Game Keys Deal Ltd,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

For United States residents, you also agree that disputes with Woodmart Games must be resolved on an individual basis through final and binding arbitration as described in detail in Section 8 (Dispute Resolution).

It’s unreal, uncanny, makes you wonder if something is wrong, it seems to seek your attention for all the wrong reasons. Usually, we prefer the real thing, wine without sulfur based preservatives, real butter, not margarine, and so we’d like our layouts and designs to be filled with real words, with thoughts that count, information that has value.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Game Keys Deal Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

When you purchase a digital key, game code, or gift card, you agree that:

  • All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are not available once a code has been delivered or revealed.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the product is compatible with your region or platform before purchase.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. You must provide accurate billing information, and Game Keys Deal Ltd is not liable for payment processing errors or unauthorized transactions.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy violations.

5. Updates to The Service

Game Keys Deal may, at any time and without prior notice, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, including product listings, pricing, or functionality.
